HIRING: RN Case Manager – in office position, reporting to Orange, CA 92868

HealthCare Support is actively seeking RN Case Manager to fill an opening with a largest not-for-profit Medi-Cal and Medicare Health Plan

Daily Responsibilities for RN Case Manager:

  • The Medical Case Manager will facilitate communication and coordination among all participants of the health care team and Company’s Health’s members to ensure the services provided promote quality and cost-effective outcomes for all members. The incumbent will be responsible for providing intensive case management, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the member’s needs. 

Required Qualifications for RN Case Manager:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred
  • RN license in CA
  • 3+ years of experience working either in a clinical environment or for another Managed Care Organization
  • 1+ years of case management
  • Computer Skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Pay Details:  $43.66 – $69.86/hour
Shift: M-F, any 8 hour shift between 7am-8pm

Start: November 18
Length of Assignment: 6-month contract only
