HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Quality Improvement HEDIS LVN to fill an opening with a Managed Care Company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This role is Hybrid/Remote, you must come to the office 2-3 days a week in Rancho Cucamonga. 6 month contract; M-F 8am-5pm.
Daily Responsibilities for Quality Improvement HEDIS LVN:
- Responsible for understanding current HEDIS technical specifications with the ability to interpret changes and clarifications accurately.
- Acts as a liaison between the QI/HEDIS department and other departments, practitioners, and providers to ensure basic understanding of HEDIS projects/issues.
- Responsible for participating in the development, research, and implementation of HEDIS improvement activities, as directed.
Required Qualifications for Quality Improvement HEDIS LVN:
- LVN in California
- 3+ years of experience in any healthcare setting
- 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong preference for QI or HEDIS experience
- Working knowledge of NCQA HEDIS technical specifications, medical terminology, and health plan processes
- Excellent understanding of performance improvement, quality assurance, and utilization management.
Preferred Qualifications for Quality Improvement HEDIS LVN:
- Strong preference for QI or HEDIS experience
- Experience preferably in an HMO or managed care setting.

Pay Details: $30.72 an hour
