Procurement Coordinator
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Procurement Coordinator to fill an opening with a nonprofit clinical and research laboratory in Salt Lake City Utah.
Daily Responsibilities for Procurement Coordinator:
- Expedites purchase orders to maintain material flow and provide customer requests.
- Follows up with the vendor on backorders and past due items.
- Investigates receiving problems such as shortages, overages, and damages.
- Documents updates in the purchase order notes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Shift: M-F, 7-4 or 8-5 MST (flexible to work either shift)
- Length of Assignment: 4-6+ months – could have potential to convert if a position opens, but in no way guaranteed
Required Qualifications for Procurement Coordinator:
- Associates degree in related field (will take high school diploma IF they have 3+ years of experience)
- 1 year of purchasing and vendor order management experience
- Computer skills – Microsoft Office
- Soft skills: detail oriented, organized, time management skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Prefer ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems experience – include on resume if they have it!
- Good tenure
- Ability to pass 10-panel drug screen

Pay Details: $20.00 to $20.00 an hour
