This full-time PT position offers flexible scheduling, reasonable productivity expectations, and a mentorship program for new grads. You’ll work with a tenured, collaborative therapy department and enjoy the autonomy to shape your day, your way.

What’s in It for You

Competitive Pay: $42–$48/hr (based on experience)
Schedule Options:
- Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
- Open to 4x10s, early/late starts—your choice!
Caseload: Average of 8–12 patients per day

The Setting

Treat patients in a skilled nursing and short-term rehab environment
Rehab caseload includes ortho, neuro, LTC, and memory care
48 rehab beds + 35 memory care beds
Fully supported with modern EHR software (Innova) designed for therapists

What You’ll Need

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
Active (or eligible) Indiana PT license
Passion for patient care and team collaboration
New graduates encouraged to apply!
