What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: $42–$48/hour based on experience

Flexible Schedule: Choose 4x10s or 5x8s, start between 6 AM–10 AM

Mentorship Program: New grads paired with a senior PT for 9 months

Supportive, Tenured Team: Work with PTs, OTs, and SLPs who’ve been here for 15–30 years

Modern Tools: Use Innova – an EHR made for therapists
Your Day-to-Day:

Treat 8–12 patients/day across two skilled nursing facilities in Franklin

Caseload includes rehab-to-home, long-term care, and dementia care units
-
Collaborate with a close-knit therapy team and report to an engaged Therapy Director
Qualifications:

Graduate of an APTA-accredited PT program
-
Indiana PT license (or eligibility)

New grads welcome – strong mentorship provided!
