HealthCare Support is seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with a large MLTC in Queens, NY!
 
Daily Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:

• Develop and deliver treatment plans for patients referred by medical professionals to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disabilities. This includes addressing needs arising from diseases, injuries, or the loss of body parts
• Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm I 35 hour per week
• You will spend a Half-day in clinic and half-day in homes within your territory

 
Required Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:

• New York State Physical Therapist License
• Open to New Grads with a completed degree

• 1+ year of experience working with a frail or elderly population
