Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist-In-Charge to fill an opportunity with a nation-wide retailer, located in Muncie, IN.
Daily Responsibilities for the Pharmacist-In-Charge:
- Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and act as a role model for the pharmacy team; appropriately handle customer complaints and direct workflow to reduce customer wait times
- Develop, implement, supervise, and promote the sales plan and other sales initiatives as developed by the division pharmacy department
- Perform all the duties required and expected of a registered pharmacist in the state of employment and responsible for following all legal and company requirements
Required Qualifications for the Pharmacist-In-Charge:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Current Indiana pharmacist licensure in good standing
- 2+ years of related retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Details: $60/hr – $68/hr + Annual Bonus ($10,000 – $16,000) + Sign-On Bonus (negotiable with experience)
Shift: 40-hours a week | Flexibility to create your own schedule
