HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist-In-Charge to fill an opening with a well-known healthcare organization in Clarksville, IN.

Pay Details: Sign-On Bonus available!
- $65 – $68/hr (flexible based on experience)
- Annual Bonus $9,000 – $18,000
Shift: Full-Time | Days | 4×10 or 5×8 available | Ability to create your own schedule
Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist-In-Charge:

Serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge, overseeing 1-2 staff pharmacists and 4-15 pharmacy technicians at higher volume locations

Handle hiring, performance management, and terminations with support from Store Managers, and ensure regulatory compliance

Manage scheduling and administrative tasks, with assistance from the lead pharmacy technician, while demonstrating a passion for leadership
Required Qualifications for Pharmacist-In-Charge:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy
- 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
