HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to fill an opening with a top-rated healthcare employer dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes and delivering compassionate, high-quality experiences to patients in Louisville, KY.
Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist-in-Charge:
- Oversee pharmacy staff and operations, dispense prescriptions, manage inventory levels, and ensure proper storage and security of drugs
- Provide superior patient care through patient advocacy and education
- 40 hours/week with the autonomy to create your own schedule
Required Qualifications for Pharmacist-in-Charge:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active/Clear State Pharmacist Licensure
- 2 years of experience within a retail pharmacy setting
- Proficient with computers and prescription management systems
Preferred Qualifications for the Pharmacist-in-Charge:
- Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s)
- Equivalent combination of education experience in business management

Pay Details: $65.00 an hour -$68.00 an hour
- Opportunity to earn a $9K-$18K annual incentive bonus
