Closed Door Pharmacist
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist in our CLOSED DOOR FACILITY with a long term care pharmacy in Indianapolis, IN.
 
Daily Responsibilities:

• Reviews physician medication orders to ensure the suitability of the drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration. 
• Ensures the appropriate laboratory tests for monitoring high-risk conditions are ordered, assessed, and discussed with relevant healthcare team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy

• Shift: 
• Rotating shifts M-F
• 8am-11pm – any 8 hour shift within that time frame
• Rotating weekends – Sat-Sunday 9am-7pm

Pay Details: $60-65/ per hour
