HealthCare Support is partnering with a fast-growing medical debt collections agency located in Melbourne, FL, to find a skilled and motivated Onsite Patient Accounts Manager – Aged Accounts for their Patient Accounts Recovery team
Daily Responsibilities for Patient Accounts Manager – Aged Accounts:
- 100% onsite position in Melbourne, FL (Relocation Reimbursement offered).
- Oversee aged patient accounts and complex medical claims denial recovery, including high-dollar claims
- Manage overall reduction in medical outstanding aged receivables (patient accounts)
- Build and maintain strong, working partnerships with Hospitals and Physician Offices nationwide to assist in bad debt recovery
Required Qualifications for Patient Accounts Manager – Aged Accounts :
- More than 3 years of leadership experience, preferably overseeing a large team
- Experience managing patient accounts in collections
- Develop and implement strategies for medical debt recovery

Pay Details:
- $95,000 – $115,000 annually + monthly bonus
