HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Patient Access ER Supervisor to fill an opening with one of the largest hospital systems in the nation located in Henderson Nevada 89052.

Daily Responsibilities for Patient Access ER Supervisor:

• Assesses, evaluates and addresses daily workloads
• Analyzes productivity of registrations and quality monitoring of registration workflow for accuracy and quality, including but not limited to identifying areas of improvement and plan the implementation of improvement areas
• Functions as a department liaison and contract/resource person for providing client issues and problem resolutions. Incorporate feedback from operational, financial and QA reports to improve performance
• Must be engaged with team members to ensure a positive employee work environment
• Can cover shift Monday – Friday 1pm – 9pm with occasional weekends

Required Qualifications for Patient Access ER Supervisor:

• 2+ years experience hospital or physician office setting
• 1+ years manager, supervisor or team lead experience
• Knowledge of basic Medical Terminology
• Working knowledge of computer applications
• Must be able to demonstrate competency with basic mathematical functions
• Requires familiarity with insurance nomenclature, managed care insurance, and experience working with federal, state and local agencies

Preferred Qualifications for Patient Access ER Supervisor:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration or related field

Pay Details: $30.00- $32.00 per Hour
