HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to fill an opening with a large Healthcare provider based in the Clearwater, Florida area.

Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:

• This provider will work with patients remotely and in the field to assess and form appropriate treatment plans
• Communicates with the designated care team to maintain plan of care and share changes in patient conditions
• Mon-Fri: 8am – 5pm
  • Field-based role
     

Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant
• 1-2 Years of experience as an NP/PA
• Comfortable communicating with patients and care teams in-person and telephonically

Preferred Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:

• Experience in Geriatrics, Primary Care, or Nephrology

Pay Details:  $120-145K
