Nurse Practitioner
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening with a Fortune 500 company in Portland, Oregon.
Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions
- Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Conduct advanced illness and advanced care planning conversations
- Provide patients and caregivers with counseling and education
- Will travel within Multnomah County in Oregon
Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:
- Active and unrestricted NP license in Oregon
- Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
- Minimum 1 year NP experience
- Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification in one of the following:
Family Nurse Practitioner
Adult Nurse Practitioner
Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
- Covid vaccination

Pay Details: $80 – $90 an hour
