Bilingual Member Outreach Representative
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Member Outreach Representative to fill an opening with a fortune 25 Healthcare company.

Daily Responsibilities for a Bilingual Member Outreach Representative
MUST LIVE IN California to be considered 

Must be bilingual in English and fluency in one of the following languages: Mandarin, Vietnamese, Russian, or Korean)

• Customer service representatives will be calling health plan members to ask them about their medical care.
• Length of assignment: 7 months
• Shift: M/F 8-4:30pm PST
• Location: Remote in CA
• Attendance Bonus:  $100 for perfect attendance at 30 days, additional $250 for perfect attendance at 90 days
• Pay increases to 20hr after 60-90 days on assignment with strong performance/attendance.
   

Requirements: Bilingual Member Outreach Representative
 

• 1+ year of customer service experience, call center is a plus
• Must be bilingual in English and fluency in one of the following languages: Mandarin, Vietnamese, Russian, or Korean)
• Must have great soft skills and passion for member engagement
• Strong Internet speed, must be at least 100 Download and 10 Upload
• Good tenure and attendance in past position
• Proven skills with computers and ability to multitask between multiple systems
