Medical Surgical RN

HealthCare Support is currently seeking a Medical Surgical RN to join a well-regarded healthcare facility in Tallahassee, FL. This employer is recognized for its excellence in Orthopedic Surgery, Joint Replacement, Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and Gynecologic Surgery.

Schedule: Days and Nights, 3 x 12s with rotating weekends

Days 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Nights 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

Pay Details:

Up to $40+ / hour

depending on experience

$20,000 sign on bonus

Daily Responsibilities for Medical Surgical RN:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, collecting and analyzing health data to identify accurate diagnoses and clinical needs

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on each patient's condition, goals, and expected outcomes

Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments, while providing compassionate support throughout the hospital stay

Required Qualifications for Medical Surgical RN:

Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)

1+ year of hospital experience
