HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Records Clerk to fill an opening with a well-known hospital in Bryan, TX.

Daily Responsibilities for Medical Records Clerk:

  • Entry level position responsible for clerical duties within the Health Information Management department
  • Prints Admission/Discharge/Transfer log daily and retrieves medical records from various locations and ensures records are accounted for by using the ADT log
  • Print all final reports for each record retrieved and pull medical record chart that corresponds to the medical record retrieved
  • Pull all medical record requested by hospital departments for patient care purposes
  • File all medical record charts
  • Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm/Onsite
     

Required Qualifications for Medical Records Clerk:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ year healthcare call center, medical records, any healthcare admin experience

Pay Details: $15.00 an hour – $15.00 an hour
