We’re interviewing a Med Surg RNs in Sanford, FL for a leading facility known for advanced stroke, cardiac, and pediatric care. Nurses here enjoy a supportive team environment and forward-thinking leadership. Facility upgrades include modern units with private rooms. This position is perfect for nurses who thrive on solving clinical puzzles. You’ll see a broad range of patients, it’s a great match for those with sharp critical thinking and assessment skills.
Schedule: Days or Nights available, 3 X 12 schedule
- Days: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Nights: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
Pay Details:
- Up to $44.24 / hour (depending on experience)
- $15,000 sign on bonus

Daily Responsibilities for Med Surg RN:
- Develop individualized care plans based on clinical findings and patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for and coordinate patient care
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-based environment focused on excellence
Required Qualifications for Med Surg RN:
- Florida RN License with 1+ year of experience as a RN
