Medicare Product Strategy Manager
HealthCare Support is seeking a Medicare Product Strategy Manager to fill an opening with a reputable Health Plan in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Daily Responsibilities for Medicare Product Strategy Manager :
- Lead the planning and management of extra Medicare Advantage benefits, like flex cards and wellness programs
- Work with different departments (like finance, pharmacy, and compliance) to make sure Medicare plans meet government rules and stay competitive
- Oversee the full process of setting up and maintaining benefits, from idea to launch to tracking how well they work
- Manage relationships with outside vendors that help provide these benefits.
- Run a member advisory committee to get feedback and improve the experience for Medicare enrollees
- Help create strategies to keep members happy and enrolled in the plan
- Supervise a team and ensure they’re trained and working toward the organization’s goals
- Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM I Hybrid schedule, onsite Tuesday – Thursday, and remote on Mondays and Fridays
Required Qualifications for Medicare Product Strategy Manager :
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience managing Medicare Advantage plans or other relevant Medicare product experience
- Proven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing a team at a leadership level
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public health, public policy, or related field from an accredited institution
- Understanding of Bid development and Medicare product development
- Knowledge of Medicare managed care or Medi-Cal managed care is required
Benefits for Medicare Product Strategy Manager :
- Very low healthcare premiums ($35 – $100 depending on the plan!)

Pay Details:
- $104,000 – $135,000
- Up to 15% annual bonus based on company performance
- Up to 5% annual merit increases based on individual performance
