HealthCare Support is actively seeking a motivated Licensed Assisted Living Administrator
to fill an opening with a nationwide Healthcare network based in Alexandria, MN

Daily Responsibilities for Licensed Assisted Living Administrator:

  • The Administrator will oversee and manage the Healthcare facility alongside a team of directors with a goal of driving occupancy, improving quality of care, and growing and developing staff
  • This role will participate in budgeting, team building, implementing compliance and procedures, and surveys of each department
  • Mon-Fri: 8am – 5pm
     

Required Qualifications for Licensed Assisted Living Administrator:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Licensed Assisted Living Administrator
  • Experience overseeing ALF/LTC

Pay Details: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience) + Up to 20% annual bonus
