Hospice Triage RN / Registered Nurse – Remote 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Hospice Triage RN / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a prestigious Hospice organization in Tennessee. Location – *Remote* must live within 2 hours of either Nashville, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Lebanon, or Hendersonville. 
 
Daily Responsibilities for Hospice Triage RN / Registered Nurse:

  • This Hospice Triage RN / Registered Nurse will provide after-hours phone support to hospice patients and families, assessing symptoms and offering clinical guidance
  • Coordinate in-person nurse visits as needed, documenting all calls and updating the care team

  • Work autonomously and remotely

    Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours 

  
Required Qualifications for Hospice Triage RN / Registered Nurse:

  • Active RN License in TN
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience
  • Hospice nursing experience

  • Annual merit increases – up to 3% based on performance

 
Pay Details: $28.29 – 33.44/hour + $5,000 Sign Bonus
