HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Hospice RN / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a large Health Network in Sacramento, CA.

Daily Responsibilities for Hospice RN / Registered Nurse:
- The Hospice RN completes daily visits to their assigned patients to assess needs, provide education, maintain care plan and make adjustments as needed in collaboration with medical team
- Communicates with patients and families on end of life processes and provides physical and emotional support
- Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm
Required Qualifications for Hospice RN / Registered Nurse:
- Active RN license in California
- 1+ year of experience as an RN and recent hospice experience

Pay Details: $50 – $60 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement and $5k sign on bonus
