Hospice Gifts Officer – Hybrid
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Hospice Gifts Officer to fill a permanent opening with a well respected healthcare provider in Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

Compensation Notes: $110,000 – 120,000/year
Daily Responsibilities for Hospice Gifts Officer:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing donors through consistent engagement and stewardship

Identify and cultivate new donor prospects aligned with organizational initiatives

Communicate impact and align giving opportunities with donor passions and interests

Oversee complex gifts, including estate and property donations

Represent the organization at donor meetings, events, and speaking engagements

Engage with high-level donors and community members with professionalism and polish

Utilize strong knowledge of the Middle Tennessee community and donor landscape
- Remote and field/client facing, very rarely in the office
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, flexible hours, evenings and events as needed
Required Qualifications for Hospice Gifts Officer:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
- 3+ years of related experience i.e., fundraising within a healthcare and/or non-profit organization
