HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Hospice Admissions RN / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a large nonprofit hospice company in Greater Nashville!
Daily Responsibilities for Hospice Admissions RN / Registered Nurse:
- This is perfect for the person looking to get into hospice, looking to get away from direct patient care, or for someone who loves the patient-education aspect of nursing, paired with assessing/admitting new patients, providing compassionate care, kindness and comfort.
- Performs admissions activities in all areas of services, also performs initial physical, psychosocial, and spiritual assessment of the patient and family.
- Uses nursing processes to establish and implement a hospice plan of care in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
- 4×10's – Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat (1pm-11pm) or Sun, Wed, Thurs, Fri (1pm-11pm)
Required Qualifications for Hospice Admissions RN / Registered Nurse:
- Clear and active RN license in Tennessee
- Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, car insurance
- Minimum 1+ years of clinical nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications for Hospice Admissions RN / Registered Nurse:
- BSN
- Prior admissions experience

Pay Details:
- $70,013 – $80,245 annually
- Eligible for incentive pay up to $3,900 annually
