HealthCare Support is actively seeking a HEDIS Abstractor RN / LVN to fill an opening with a Fortune top 25 Managed Care Company in Orlando, Tampa, or Miami FL.
***This is a Hybrid role, so you must be located in one of these cities as there will be 1 day a week in office.***
Daily Responsibilities for HEDIS Abstractor RN / LVN:
- Candidate will work with the HEDIS team to collect member records and conduct reviews of these records by contacting providers and placing the results collected into a specific data base.
- If necessary the medical record review is conducted on site in provider office or hospital institution.
- This candidate will be required to handle a high volume of telephonic interaction with provider offices.
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST; 6 months contract for HEDIS season
Required Qualifications for HEDIS Abstractor RN / LVN:
- Clear and Active RN or LVN license in their state of residence
- 1+ years of HEDIS over-reading experience for compliant and non-compliant records
- 2 years total of HEDIS experience
- Familiar with CPT4 Codes, ICD9, and ICD10 DX codes
- Shouldn’t have any field work, but req requires active DL, Auto insurance and ability to pass DMV report.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $38.80 an hour
