HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare Organization in Dacula, GA.

Daily Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner :
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and health screenings for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic medical conditions within the scope of practice.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education on proper use, side effects, and lifestyle modifications.
• Perform minor procedures such as wound care, immunizations, and point-of-care testing.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Promote preventive care through health counseling and routine screenings (e.g., vaccines, wellness exams).
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed.
• Will work shifts within clinic hours; M-F 830am-730pm
  Sat/ Sun: 9-530pm – Every other weekend required

Required Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner :

• Clear and active GA NP license
• 1-2 years of experience 

Preferred Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner :

• At least 1-2+ years of experience
• Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs
• Proficient computer skills including the ability to document medical information with written and electronic medical records

Pay Details: $74.00 – $78.00 an hour
