Emergency Room Director – Registered Nurse
HealthCare Support is seeking an Emergency Room Director – Registered Nurse
to fill an opening with a Medical Center in Harlingen, TX!
Daily Responsibilities for Emergency Room Director – Registered Nurse :
- Supervise and support the team that cares for patients in the Emergency Department
- Create and carry out plans to improve patient care and keep the department running smoothly
- Be available and responsible for the Emergency Department at all times (24/7 accountability)
- Make staffing decisions, evaluate team performance, and ensure the ED runs efficiently
- Report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) or facility Administrator
- Monday- Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
- On-Call: 24/7
Required Qualifications for Emergency Room Director – Registered Nurse :
- Current and valid TX license as a Registered Nurse
- 1+ year of Director level leadership experience within an Emergency Room
- 8+ years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Current PALS upon hire and maintain current
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Must have experience with the Joint Commission Surveys

Pay Details:
- $115,000 – $128,000
