Director of Nursing – Registered Nurse
HealthCare Support is seeking a Director of Nursing – Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a Growing Senior Living Community in Bakersfield, CA!
Daily Responsibilities for Director of Nursing – Registered Nurse :
- Manage the Clinical Services Department to ensure residents receive the best care while following all rules and regulations
- Make sure residents get the care they need, hire and support nursing staff, and keep care plans up to date
- Monitor care quality, follow safety guidelines, and work with government agencies to meet care standards
- Manage department spending, supplies, and day-to-day operations to keep things running smoothly
- 100% onsite I Monday – Friday, daytime hours
- Occasional weekend, evening, or night work as needed
- On-call as-needed basis
Required Qualifications for Director of Nursing – Registered Nurse :
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years of leadership/management experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Must have a valid and current state (RN) license in California
- Must be CPR certified
- Title 22 & CMS knowledge

Pay Details:
- $150,000 – $165,000
- Up to 15% annual bonus based on performance
