Clinical Pharmacy Trainer
HealthCare Support seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Trainer to fill an opening with a large independent oncology/hematology practice in Naples, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Clinical Pharmacy Trainer:
- Responsible for onboarding of all clinical staff working in the pharmacy
- Provide consultation and direction to ensure the quality assurance programs and services are implemented at the highest standards
- Provide mentoring to new employees
- Maintain all aspects of the pharmacy operation department: Training documentation, reporting, inventory management
- Ensure policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes. Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; 100% onsite
- This role is required to travel to the following office locations regularly (50-75%) of the time:
- Bonita Springs
- Napa Ridge (Naples based)
- Naples, Sierra Meadows
- Naples, Goodlette
Required Qualifications for Clinical Pharmacy Trainer:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active and clear Pharmacy Tech License in FL
- CPhT certified through the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
- 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician mixing IV chemotherapy (This is an area you will be training new hires)
- Since this is a travel role, DMV will need to be run and show proof of active vehicle insurance
- Nicotine Test Required!

Pay Details:
- $27/h plus mileage reimbursement
