HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to fill an opening in Memphis, Tennessee.

Pay Details:
      $29 – $31.50/hr for local candidate
      $1703 weekly gross margin for a travel candidate

Daily Responsibilities for Certified Surgical Technician:

• Responsible for assisting the surgical team before, during and after surgery by ensuring the proper care, use and placement of surgical instruments, as well as, assisting surgeons with instruments during surgery
• Assemble supplies and equipment for scheduled procedures according to physicians’ preference cards adhering to aseptic technique when opening sterile packages and preparing for the procedure
• Maintain and update instrument cards and surgeons’ preference cards; assists in storing and stocking supplies
   

Required Qualifications for Certified Surgical Technician:

• High school diploma
• NBSTA Certification
• BLS Certification, ideally through the AHA
