Certified Pharmacy Technician – Order Entry
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician – Order Entry
to fill a remote opening in Texas, California or Missouri with a Specialty Pharmacy.
Daily Responsibilities for Certified Pharmacy Technician – Order Entry:
- This position is on the Order Entry team – These candidates will be on the phone with providers to get prescription information, and will be entering prescriptions into the system.
- Need to be comfortable working on a call que and having to type quickly while talking on the phone.
- Minimum metrics are 75 referrals completed in “pending” and 110 minimum of data entry/typing prescriptions into system each day. If faxing prescriptions, metrics are 30/hour.
- Location: Remote
- Shift: M-F, 9:30am-6:00pm CST
Required Qualifications for Certified Pharmacy Technician – Order Entry:
- National PTCB or NHA pharm tech certification
- Pharmacy tech registered in State of California, Texas or Missouri
- Must reside in California, Texas or Missouri
- 2-3+ years of retail and/or specialty pharmacy experience,
- Need at least 1 year of order entry experience
- Experience doing dosage calculations
- Need pharmacy terminology knowledge
- Good tenure in prior roles

Pay Details: $22.50 – 22.50/hr
