HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Case Manager to fill an opening in Gainesville, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for the Case Manager:

  • Assesses patients' medical and social needs to provide the right care.
  • Leads communication and care planning between doctors, patients, families, and hospital teams.
  • Ensures care is efficient and meets quality standards while coordinating with insurance and outside agencies.
  • Monday-Friday Day shift!

Required Qualifications for the Case Manager:

  • Clear and Active FL RN License
  • Minimum 3+ years of Acute Care experience
  • Case Manager experience preferred

Pay Details:

  • $32- $48+ an hour (can increase dependent on experience)  
  • Sign On Bonus – $20,000
