HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Primary Care Center Manager to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Goodyear, AZ!
 
Daily Responsibilities for a Primary Care Center Manager:

• Lead daily clinical operations of the Care Center, including staff supervision, scheduling, workflow optimization, and ensuring high-quality patient and provider experiences.

• Manage HR-related functions such as hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management in collaboration with leadership to foster a high-performing, service-oriented team.

• Drive performance and community engagement by aligning care delivery with value-based KPIs, supporting team communication standards, and building local partnerships 

Required Qualifications for a Primary Care Center Manager:

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years in progressive health care experience
• Experience managing a clinic: (Urgent Care, specialty, or other experience in direct patient care settings)
• Good job stability
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire
• Excellent patient or customer service and communication skills
• Proficient PC skills

Pay Details: $80,000 – $90,000 (based on experience) 
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p
