Bilingual Provider Service Representative

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Provider Service Representative to fill an opening with a Managed Care Organization in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual Provider Service Representative:

• Act as a Provider Advocate.
• Communicate with contracted and non-contracted Providers by providing information and assistance as appropriate.
• Assist Providers with interpreting Member eligibility and benefit information for any and all the Health Plan’s lines of business.
• Assist with general question about the Health Plan’s Programs and Member benefits.
• Assist with direction on the Health Plan’s Provider portal, including how to set up accounts, troubleshooting and navigating the website, how to submit and retrieve necessary information.
• Handle claim status inquiries, researching and facilitating resolution of payment issues; provider education on remittance advice interpretation and reimbursement, and informing providers of the Health Plan’s claims appeals process.
• Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm PST
• Hybrid position – after training will work from home 2 days a week and 3 days onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
   

Required Qualifications for Bilingual Provider Service Representative:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of healthcare call center experience required
• Familiar with Medi-Cal Program and benefits
• Need experience handling complaints from members/providers
• Knowledge of ICD and CPT codes

Preferred Qualifications for Bilingual Provider Service Representative:
MCO experience
Experience working with providers

Pay Details: $22.20hour – $22.20/hour
