Bilingual Pediatric RN Case Manager – Field

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Pediatric RN Case Manager – Field to fill an opening with a Managed Care Organization in EL Paso, TX.

Daily Responsibilities:

Complete in-home assessment which includes:
SAI Core A to Core Q, ISP, EDP
Other forms as applicable: 1500 forms, SBP, EVV
Assessing the member’s current health status, resource utilization, past and present treatment plan and services, short- and long-term goals, treatment and provider options.
Follow up on requests for items/services
Speaking to providers

Required Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish
At least 4 years of RN experience and 2 years of pediatric experience required
Case management, home health, private duty, or school nursing experience
Ability to learn new technologies and enter assessments into program as they’re being conducted, great computer skills
Clear and active TX RN license
Clear and active driving record, reliable transportation, and insurance
Graduated from accredited school of nursing

Pay Details: $38 – $44 per hour
