HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician to fill an opening with a Managed Care company operating Nationwide. Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician to apply. Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
Daily Responsibilities for Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician:
- Will be doing outbound adherence calls and will also handle inbound calls from members returning missed adherence calls.
- Expected to make 90 outbound/inbound calls a day – will be on an autodialer.
- Calls will focus on:
- Statins (cholesterol)
- Diabetes medications
- Hypertension medications.
- Types of calls:
- Late refill reminder calls
- Calls to patients who are new to a specific medication.
- Future adherence predictor calls
- Target Start Date is 06/30 and schedule for the role is M-F, 11am-8pm in candidate’s local time zone.
Required Qualifications for Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
- No restrictions to working M-F, 11am-8pm
- Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
- Active State Pharmacy Technician License
- 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience
- 1+ years of Call Center experience
- Ability to work from home – smart phone, high speed internet, private workspace.
Preferred Qualifications for Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician:
- PTCB Certification is highly desirable
- Medication Management Therapy or Medication Adherence experience

Pay Details: $22.00 – $22.00/hr
