HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Medicare Benefits Consultant / Sales to fill an opening in Arcadia, CA.

Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual Medicare Benefits Consultant / Sales:
•    Takes inbound and makes outbound calls to prospective members.
•    Sell Clever Care’s Medicare Advantage products.
•    Conducts presentations using approved guidelines
•    Conducts needs analysis and cost benefit analysis
•    Completes enrollment into desired products.
•    Set up in-person meetings and takes RSVP’s to events for prospective members who do not want to enroll over the telephone.
•    Understands cultural sensitivity and professional boundaries.
•    Meet/exceed individual sales goals.
•    Maintains adherence to HIPAA compliance in all communications regarding clients in treatment.
•    Other duties as assigned

Schedule: Total 40 hours per week. Initial schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.  Once AEP begins on October 15th, then 8-hour shifts scheduled may be scheduled between 8:00am – 8:00pm, Monday-Friday. Must also be flexible to work 4-hour shift scheduled between 9am-3pm on Saturdays, if needed during AEP.
Location: Hybrid, based in Arcadia
Required Qualifications for Bilingual Medicare Benefits Consultant / Sales:
•    High School diploma or equivalent
•    Strong working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid and other government health programs/ income assistance programs.
•    Experience working with senior citizens and low-income individuals.
•    Experience working in Tele-sales (call center) environment.
•    Active California Life and Health Insurance License is required.

(1) Bilingual Korean
(1) Bilingual Mandarin (preferably Trilingual Mandarin and Cantonese)
(1) Bilingual Spanish

•    Bilingual is required in one of the following languages:
o    Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Thai, Bahasa, Korean, Tagalog, Khmer
•    Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with members.
•    Strong customer service skills.
•    Member-driven service disposition
•    Excellent time management skills, team approach, and basic computer skills.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Strong understanding of CMS telephone marketing regulations.

Pay Details: $20 – $26 /Hour, Week, Annual
