Bilingual Medical Assistant

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant to fill an opening with a primary care clinic in Tavares, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual Medical Assistant:

  • Back-office duties such as prepping and cleaning rooms, socking rooms, taking and recording patient vitals, documenting medical history and chief complaints, blood draws and injections
  • Front office duties – check in check out, patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, assisting patients with questions
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm/Onsite
     

Required Qualifications for Bilingual Medical Assistant:

  • High School Diploma OR equivalent
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish
  • 2+ years of exp as a Medical Assistant in a clinic setting experienced in front and back desk duties
  • Prefers MA coming from busy clinic seeing 80+ patients per day
  • Phlebotomy AND injection experience
  • Long tenures in job history
  • Experience with primary care and the adult/geriatric populations

Preferred Qualifications for Bilingual Medical Assistant:

  • eCW experience

Pay Details: $18.00 an hour – $21.00 an hour
