HealthCare Support seeks a Bilingual Clinical Care Coordinator who speaks Mandarin to fill an opening with a reputable health plan that partners with an advanced primary care model in Phoenix, AZ!
Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual Clinical Care Coordinator – Mandarin Speaking :
- Help patients schedule and keep track of specialist and diagnostic appointments
- Talk with patients to explain the next steps in their care and answer any questions
- Help the care team stay updated with all necessary referral and appointment information
- Follow up with patients after their appointments to ensure everything goes smoothly
- 100% onsite I Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Required Qualifications for Bilingual Clinical Care Coordinator – Mandarin Speaking :
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual in Mandarin & English
- BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire
- Customer service orientation and experience
- Strong communication skills across multiple modalities
- Proficient PC skills
