HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager – RN, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT to fill an opening with a Managed Care Company in Orange, CA. This role is in office. 6 months contract assignment.
Daily Responsibilities for Behavioral Health Case Manager – RN, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT:
- Responsible for reviewing and processing requests for authorization and notification of behavioral health services from health professionals, clinical facilities and ancillary providers.
- The incumbent will be responsible for prior authorizations, concurrent review and related processes.
- The incumbent will utilize medical criteria, policies and procedures to authorize referral requests from behavioral health professionals, clinical facilities and ancillary providers.
- The incumbent will directly interact with providers and facilities and serve as a resource for their needs.
Required Qualifications for Behavioral Health Case Manager – RN, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT:
- Able to work in office M-F 8am-5pm in Orange, CA.
- Master’s degree (if LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) or Graduate from Accredited Nursing School if an RN
- Current CA unrestricted license as either LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or RN
- 3 years of clinical experience
- Experience in clinical review and treatment plan oversight
Preferred Qualifications for Behavioral Health Case Manager – RN, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT:
- 1 year of UM experience strongly preferred
- MCO experience
- Bilingual (Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese).

Pay Details: $43.66 an hour – $69.86 an hour
