Daily Responsibilities for BCBA Behavioral Health Case Manager:
The Behavioral Health Care Manager, SKI (Specialty Kids Intervention) BCBA is responsible for all aspects of services to members with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or intellectual disabilities and children with severe behavioral needs. The behavioral health care manager, SKI BCBA, will also be responsible for reviewing and following up on requests for services, applying clinical expertise in behavior analysis to care coordination and case management, and reviewing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). This position provides critical support and guidance to the SKI team and assists members and families seeking services and treatment for autism and other developmental disabilities. This position ensures adequate call support, case management, care coordination, and referral support.
Required Qualifications for BCBA Behavioral Health Case Manager:
- Master’s degree required
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- 3 years of behavioral health experience
- 1-2+ years of experience serving Autistic individuals and their families
- Familiar with managed care and discharge planning

Pay Details: $43.87/ per hour.
Location: Hybrid position, 2 days WFH, 3 days in office at Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730
