HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Accounts Payable Clerk to fill an opening in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Performs clerical functions and procedures to ensure timely and accurate payments of vendor billings. Able to support all other functions related to the Accounts Payable Department.
  • Ensure payments are processed accurately and timely.
  • Verify pricing and quantities with purchase order
  • Verify authorization and coding on non-purchase order invoices
  • Ensure invoices are processed within the payment guidelines establishes
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies for assigned accounts
  • Process payment vouchers for vendors who accept credit cards; ensure credit card information is either called in or emailed to appropriate

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of accounts payable experience
  • Must be able to type 40 WPM
  • Soft skills:
    • Professional
    • Reliable employee, needs to be on time to work and no call outs
  • Will have to pass a credit check since they are dealing with finances
  • Ability to pass 10-panel drug screen
  • Stable work history, looking for at least a year in prior roles since ARUP has had quite a bit of fall off

Pay Details: $25 per hour
