Director of Resident Services – Registered Nurse
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Director of Resident Services – Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a 5-star senior care organization in San Francisco, CA.
Daily Responsibilities for Director of Resident Services – Registered Nurse:
- Perform and manage all assessments, care plan development, and ongoing observation of resident health conditions.
- Partner with external clinical teams (home health, hospice, PT/OT, neurologists, cardiologists) to coordinate comprehensive, holistic care
- Lead infection control, safety protocols, and clinical compliance.
Required Qualifications for Director of Resident Services – Registered Nurse:
- Strong background in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or Case Management
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- 5+ years of RN experience, including clinical leadership
Preferred Qualifications for Director of Resident Services – Registered Nurse:
- Ability to work with high-level clientele and navigate complex family dynamics

Pay Details:
- $165,000 – $180,000 Annual Salary (negotiable depending on experience)
- Annual Bonus eligibility
