Orthopedics Registered Nurse – Panama City, FL
Healthcare Support is actively seeking an Orthopedics Registered Nurse for a permanent, full-time role with a well-respected Healthcare company in Panama City, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Orthopedics Registered Nurse:
- Assess the patient’s condition during admission and during shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the provider, and ensure thorough and timely documentation
- Provided exceptional care by responding to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
Required Qualifications for Orthopedics Registered Nurse:
- Florida RN license
- 1 year of acute care experience, preferably Med/Surg
- BLS within 30 days of hire

Pay Details: $27.72 – $39.60/hour + Shift Differentials ($4/h for nights and $5.25/h for weekends)
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment)
Shift: 3×12, 7pm – 7am (Rotating weekends)
