UAS Assessor 

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a UAS Assessor to fill an opening with a well-known Managed Care organization in Bronx, NY.  

Pay Details: 

• $39.66 – $71.44 / hour 
  • Depending on Experience 
• Eligible for 8% annual bonus incentive based on company performance 
• Toll & Mileage Reimbursement

Schedule: 

• Full time: 

• Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm 

• 37.5 hours per week 

• Part time: 

• Monday to Wednesday 830am to 5pm 

• Wednesday to Friday 830am to 5pm 

• 22.5 hours per week

Daily Responsibilities for UAS Assessor: 

• Review the patient’s medical history, including current medications, allergies, and relevant medical conditions 

• Conduct 2-3 initial assessments a day 

• Reviews member data to identify trends and improve operating performance and quality care 
   

Required Qualifications for UAS Assessor: 

• Active and clear NY State RN license 

• UAS strongly preferred, but they may consider candidates with strong OASIS, CHHA, or MLTC backgrounds
