Remote Bilingual Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Remote Bilingual Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician to fill an opening with a Fortune top 25 Managed Care Company. You may be located in any state in the US, except for Oklahoma.

Daily Responsibilities for Remote Bilingual Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician:

  • Shift: M-F, 11am-8pm in candidate’s local time.
  • Will be doing outbound adherence calls to help get Medicare Advantage STAR measure scores up, will also handle inbound calls from members returning missed adherence calls.
  • Expected to handle 90-100 outbound/inbound calls a day – will be on an auto dialer.

Required Qualifications for Remote Bilingual Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, or Vietnamese
  • Pharm Tech license in state that they sit in – can not sit in Oklahoma
  • 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience
  • 1+ years of TRUE call center experience required
  • WFH capability – smart phone, private work space, high speed internet

Preferred Qualifications for Remote Bilingual Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician:

  • PTCB certification
  • MTM or Medication Adherence experience preferred

Pay Details: $22.00 an hour
