HealthCare Support is actively seeking an experienced NP looking for a new leadership role as a Field Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening with a prestigious health care organization in Seattle, WA.

Daily Responsibilities for Field Nurse Practitioner:
- Providing home visits to patients of all ages
- Performing comprehensive health assessments and diagnose and treat complex illnesses
- 10 hour shifts
Required Qualifications for Field Nurse Practitioner:
- Current unrestricted state license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Prescriptive authority and DEA

Pay Details: $65/hr – $75/hr with 15K Sign On Bonus
