Step 1: Contact with a Recruiting Manager - Our team of experienced Recruiting Managers connect with candidates through a variety of sources. Whether it be through Social Media, Job Boards, Specialty Networks, Referrals, or passively, our team works diligently to source the right candidates.
Step 2: Interview, evaluate your qualifications, skill sets, strengths, and expectations - This is a time for the candidates and our Recruiting Managers to talk. Our experts will ask questions as well as answer any that the candidates may have. Our team may present some opportunities to discuss.
Step 3: Resume building – The Recruiting Managers at HSS are trained resume builders. We will help candidates organize their experiences and abilities in such a way to best highlight them on a resume. We understand what our clients are looking for and can assist in helping candidates become attractive prospects.
Step 4: Scheduled Client Interviews – After candidates and our Recruiting Managers have identified possible matches for employment, we will submit the candidate’s resume for review by our client. Typically our clients will request an interview, or in some cases, as for the candidate to begin employment right away. Either way, our team will prepare the candidate for what comes next.
Step 5: Feedback/Placement – More often than not, our candidates are offered employment. Not everyone is a perfect fit, but either way the candidates will receive constructive feedback from our team. Hopefully any pre-hire screens and checks are initiated and a start date is imminent. Our Recruiting Managers will review the client feedback with you and help you prepare for your next step.
