Client Service Manager Position Summary:    Are you a Billing Manager experienced with physician revenue cycle management, working with current regulatory environment, looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company as a Client Service Manager? Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm

Required Skills

What We Look For in a Client Service Manager:

  • 5+ years’ experience in all aspects of physician revenue cycle management
  • 2+ two years in accounts receivable, coding or payer contracting.
  • Proficient knowledge of third-party billing and claims processing procedures.
  • Solid understanding of current regulatory environment.
  • Experience using Practice Management and EMR systems as it relates to production and client reporting.
  • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

 

Preferred but not required:

  • ASC billing experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; experience with offshore staff

In this opportunity, you will:

  • The Client Service Manager is responsible for the overall management, servicing and profitability of assigned client accounts and for meeting established objectives for their portfolio of clients.
  • The Client Service Manager is responsible for organizing, managing, coordinating, controlling and communicating activities of the account to invested parties.
  • This role functions as an account executive and as the primary liaison between their assigned clients (communication is with administrator, physicians and various staff members).
