What We Look For:
Must be a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the AAPC or a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) through AHIMA
Must have 2+ years coding experience.
ICD-9 and/or ICD-10 experience.
Responsibilities
More Insight of Daily Responsibilities:
- Review of medical records. Perform clinical reviews with knowledge of body systems, anatomy and physiology. Provide leadership team with status of projects; issue, communicate and recommend policy decisions to achieve project objectives. Assist internal and external personnel by answering questions, supplying information and training. Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with providers.
